Description: Easily the youngest of the System's Administrative Team, Miss Josephine Black is also the most agreeable of the five Administrators. She's not overly fond of Zoids, preferring cars as a method of transportation instead of "those noisy, ugly hulking death machines Al loves so much." But should the System require her to pilot one, she's there...though with much sulking.

For all of her niceties, Miss Black is still every bit a 'tool' of the System. She's classically trained in martial arts and many suspect that she's been brainwashed a few times too many -- she always has an eerie smile on her face...and electrodes sticking out from her neck. Occasionally a nervous tick will show up, but very rarely will she ever lose her cool and whenever she does the cause for her anger doesn't survive very long. She makes sure of it...

Despite her name, her favorite color is white and she's about the only person that doesn't follow the System's dress code. Not that it matters, she's more of a morale booster than any other agent...thus she's permitted "allowances" that other agents aren't.

Additional Note(s): It is currently unknown whether "Black" is her real last name, or one the System gave her after they fried enough brain cells to make her forget it.

Artist's Commentary: This character is the first administrator I created an image for. While still a work-in-progress, the character's personality is the same as it has always been: she's two neurons off of insanity, knows it, and doesn't give a damn.
