Description: The head of the System's Administrative Team and second in power only to The Cylinder, Miss Celeste Greene is the most cunning (and vindictive) of the five Administrators. Very little is known of her background except for rumors about the mysterious disappearance of a cheating boyfriend in her younger years. Her work ethic is near flawless, but her moral ethic is in much dispute...behind the scenes.

Her official title is "Administrator of Janitorial Duties" and while she prefers to keep her hands clean, she's a bigger psychopath than Admin White, the Administrator of the Military Forces. Some people have questioned why Janitorial Duties outrank Military Forces, but the few people that have seen her in action (and lived long enough to talk about it) reported that she takes care of all messes that occur in the System - human or otherwise, quickly, quietly, sometimes with much gore (which miraculously disappears hours later) and usually without a change in facial expression.

She does not mingle with the lower class, which seems to include everyone that is neither a member of the System, nor hindered by a conscience. Most often she can be found in her office, smoking and looking down on the rest of the world with patient disdain. Her color of preference is cool gray.

Additional Note(s): She carries a specialty-made hand cannon called 'Flamma' which is well-used. She is also believed to be an Organoid owner.

Artist's Commentary: This character is still a work-in-progress, but she was greatly influenced by a conversation I had over IM with one of my friends from Metal Machine Music, Siggy.
